The Light Bulb Moment

I’ve always been the guy who prefers hanging out with cars over people. My garage is my happy place, where I spend most nights tinkering with old beaters. Honestly, nothing beats the smell of grease and the satisfaction of getting an engine to purr—except maybe avoiding small talk.

But here’s the thing: keeping your shirt clean in the garage is nearly impossible and you end up burning through tees. So, one night, probably while trying to convince myself that working on a rust bucket was a good idea, it hit me—why not make my own stuff so at least its meant to get greased up? Something that doesn’t scream “car guy” but still lets people know I’d rather be in my garage.

So, I threw together some designs that actually felt like me and launched "Boosted Apparel." Surprisingly, other people liked it too. Now, when I see someone wearing my gear, I feel like I’ve done something right. I mean, I’m still a loner in a garage, but at least now I’m a loner with a brand.
